Children

At OHBC, our Children’s Ministry exists to glorify God by ministering to children and families in the congregation and community. We strive to present both Jesus and the Bible to the children in our care accurately and effectively. It is our highest priority to deeply disciple children and provide teachings that will support a lifelong relationship with the Lord.

Sunday School

Our Sunday School exists to grow disciples and build relationships. Teachers are committed to providing children with a strong biblical foundation so that they may have a greater understanding of and love for God. We focus on learning about and applying the Bible as well as encouraging the children to grow in a personal relationship with Jesus.

Kids' Church

Kid’s Church actively engages children while making Biblical truths relevant and personal. This special service provides children with the opportunity to praise God through music, games, and bible study, while the small group application time helps them connect to God’s Word and build relationships through fellowship and prayer.

Wednesday Nights: AWANA

Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed

The purpose of AWANA is to help children and their families to understand God's plan of redemption through Jesus Christ. Awana helps churches and parents raise children and youth to know, love and serve Christ!

Children's Fine Arts Ministry

Sunday Nights: 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Our children's choir meets during the school year and provides fun and fellowship while laying a musical foundation that will last a lifetime. The children will learn and grow in their relationship God through Music, Drama, Instruments, Sign Language, Art, Bible Stories, Scripture, a New Children’s Musical, and lots of FUN!
